June Approvals

In June we achieved a record month with 7 DAs approved! These included alterations to 2 houses, 2 new houses, 2 new dual occupancies, and a shop fitout. Overall these approvals were spread across 5 different Councils including, Rockdale, Waverley, Hurstville, Sutherland and Randwick.   It's always satisfying to know that even though sometimes our clients push the envelope (with good intentions), that Council's are willing to support these types of projects. Data centres- an urban dilemma

Businesses are generating huge amounts of data which has caused a considerable reliance on off-site storage facilities. These warehouse-sized buildings are called ‘data centres’, and are beginning to emerge across urbanised areas.   A growing population and the demand for larger homes are not the only pressures on existing Australian cities.
